To accomplish the set objectives, following programs have been designed. The designed programs include resource center, vocational institute, farmers' school and promotion of rural tourism in the region.
a.
Resource Center:
"Education is the backbone of development". The education which we get from high school or higher level do not develop competencies in students to develop skills and get proper inside the nation and abroad. The main causes are the lack of proper knowledge, English proficiency, motivation, inspiration, communicative skills, etc.

The resource center also helps in empowering community schools in different sectors through employing English medium from pre-primary level, installing vocational packages, organize teachers' training, promoting students/teachers exchange programs, exposures, recreational activities, visiting activities, visiting experts, research, etc. The resource center mainly comprises of information center, community library and training hall. The information center works in Computer Literacy Program, where community members are made computer literate and taught the basics of computers. Community Data Update is also done where data are collected from all the six VDCs of Pharping and profiles of the VDCs are made. Regularly, bulletins, brochures, and newsletter are also published to disseminate the information about the VDCs.

Community library is also being run here which is open for the public in the daytime and in the morning the library entertains only the students.

Computer Connectivity Program (CCP)
CCP is designed to access information technology in each public school in southern region. It consist of programs like distributing computers, trainings, internet connection, networking, website preparation and update techniques etc. Its objective is to maintain

This website is started in support of Share and Care Nepal for promotion of A School for Community at the beginning. Our vision with this website is to represent Pharping as history of village. Now this website is redesigned with new concept. It will represent Pharping. Educational institutions, social organizations are clients of this website. Members can update their news and articles from their office. So this is the way we developed it as a common platform for all institutions within Pharping.
b.
Vocational Institutes:

The education which we get from the present education system is totally based on theory, except some vocational subjects like accounts, agriculture, computers, etc. These subjects can't totally meet the practical part of the society. For that, we must focus on skill development programs from high school level. We can produce skilled human resource which can uplift the whole community and the nation. For instance, if we are able to provide practical education o carpentry, forestry, computer, knitting, agriculture, art, house wiring, wielding, trade and tourism, woodcraft etc. from school and high school level then only we can produce enough skilled human resource. IT can be an ideal vocational package. We can imply each package in its existing educational institution or stand alone institution as per the viability. Policies must be brought from the government so that marginalized community people can get opportunities which can raise their economic standards of environment and availability of resources. Regarding to the community of Pharping, people are either from poor or average family background. They lack essential facilities for such practical based education.

Farmers School:

Most portion of population in this region depends on agriculture. But among them most are farming in traditional way. Farmers’ School is a concept to teach farmers new techniques and make them capable in increasing productivity. It’s to create learning environment for farmers. We began the campaign from Farmers corner in our community library. Where farmers can access agriculture related books, technology books, market study, news and magazines. The program comprises Food Security, Food/Fruit processing, forming and reforming farmers groups, trainings and awareness campaign, pesticide management and other related works in agriculture.
d.
Promotion of Rural Tourism

As Pharping is already a tourist place by nature. Its holy place for Buddhist and Hindu pilgrims. Great gurus of both religion got knowledge in Pharping so its religious important place. Environment, culture, demography, festivals are helping Pharping to make a dynamic place. Our agenda in MEV is to promote Rural Tourism in villages of Pharping. So it can create opportunities from door to door. This concept can be milestone in economic revolution in Pharping.
