Background
As we believe that "World Change Starts with Educated Children", we are convinced in empowering community through education. Model Educational Village (MEV) is a place to learn and share experiences and explore ideas in a participatory approach, where all educational institutions are in a parallel network of an umbrella body. People from poor/average or marginalized families can't have enough economic support to go to quality institutions thus there is a gap in rich and poor families which is beyond the equity. MEV works for uplifting the status of these families. In addition, the main objectives of the MEV is to lessen this gap between haves and have-nots, empowering community schools in different sectors, through implying English medium from pre-primary level installing vocational packages, organize teachers training, promoting students/teachers exchange programs, exposures, recreational activities, visiting activities, visiting experts, research, etc. If we are able to provide practical education on different issues that could be an ideal vocational package, then we can produce enough skilled human resource, which can contribute not only to their own economic condition but also contribute towards the community and the country as a whole. The poor and medium families of Pharping lack essential facilities for such practical education. Policies must be brought from the government so that marginalized community people can get opportunities which can raise their economic standards.
To overcome the prevailing problem ASC has envisioned the concept to develop Pharping area as a MEV. We want to imply educational partnership program in this community taking all community schools as partners and financial/physical/resource support from government organizations (GOs), international non-government organization (INGOs), non-government organization( NGOs) and other COs. Pharping produces 300 SLC graduates, 2 hundred +2 graduates and 30 bachelors graduates every year. In this situation, there is an essence of professional skill development programs to reduce unemployed educated mass. Such revolution in education can make this place a model education village which is necessary in each and every community of Nepal along with the assurance of opportunities to the youths as per their aspiration.

To establish Resource Centre minimizing disparity in education in this region.

To initiate a Farmer's School in the community.
To train and educate farmer group to mechanize in agriculture.
To link people with the resources.
To develop Pharping area as a Centre for Trade and Tourism.
Significance:
Model Educational Village (MEV) is an innovative concept through which we can strengthen educational system, improve agriculture, establishing Vocational Institutions and overall development of this as a centre for trade and tourism.
- Build up competency in community schools comparing to quality educational institutes.

- Improve quality of living of farmers of this region through Farmers' School.
- Develop this region as a destination for internal and external tourists.
By such revolution in different sectors of education, we can make this place a model education village which is necessary in each and every communities of Nepal along with assurance of opportunities to the youths as per the aspiration of the nation.
